Hello, I'm Kat Santos, a licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to bringing healing into your life. I've been practicing massage therapy since 2018, offering integrated massage therapy that blends various techniques and modalities into a cohesive treatment. This approach emphasizes integrating different methods for a comprehensive and personalized session of healing.

A little backstory on how my journey began: In 2017, I heard a radio ad while driving home from work one day. It was UCMT (Utah College of Massage Therapy) announcing their open house. At that time, I had never experienced a massage and knew very little about it, but something urged me to attend and explore what they had to offer. A few days later, on open house day, I listened to their presentation and instantly knew that this was what I wanted to do. That choice has changed my life, and looking back, it's clear that I was meant to pursue this path. I have a genuine passion for healing and bodywork, and I'm excited to be a part of your healing journey!

  • Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes! Feel free to reach out to me through a direct message on social media or a text message to place your order.

  • How much room will the therapist need?

There will need to be space for the massage table and some area to work around it.

A minimum area of 6’ by 9’ is suggested.

  • What oils are used?

    Warmed all-natural Coconut Oil

**If you have any allergies to these oils, please inform me in advance so that I can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your needs.**

  • Do I have to be completely undressed?

This is mostly a matter of comfort for you as the client. If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable removing your undergarments for a massage, then it is absolutely your right to keep them on. Don’t feel you have to take them off if you feel uncomfortable doing so. I will work around the clothes you left on as best as I can. That being said, many people with low back, hip, or leg pain will want and need extra attention on their glutes. If any of these will be a focus area for you, your therapist will be able to target more thoroughly and specifically if no undergarments are in the way. In the end, it’s up to you, but if you are comfortable doing so.

  • Are there circumstances where a massage would not be a good idea?

Consult your primary healthcare professional before receiving a massage if you have been treated for a recent injury, illness, or are currently involved in physical therapy of any kind.

You should not book a massage if you have a fever, cold/flu, or contagious skin infection.

  • How often should I get massage?

It varies from person to person. At least once a month. However, if you are looking to relieve chronic pain and stiffness or if you are recovering from an injury, more frequent sessions might be needed.  It is recommended to go more frequently at first and then slowly taper down to a maintenance schedule.

  • How many sessions will I need?

Every person is unique to each person. It may take one session or it may take several. You and your therapist will be able to talk more specifically about this after your first session and I have a chance to evaluate your body's tissues.

  • I have pets in my home. Are you pet friendly?

While I love meeting your pets, many of them may want the attention of you or your therapist during the session. It can be a good idea to put them in a different room during the session.

    Service Animals are Always Welcome!

  • I'm pregnant, can I still receive services?

Maternity Massage is not offered at this time.
